A VIP crowd gathered on Billionaire’s Beach (otherwise known as Carbon Beach) at Larry Ellison‘s Nikita Malibu on Wednesday evening as Haute Living toasted the opening of Westime Malibu.

The soiree and intimate dinner was hosted by Haute Living CEO Kamal Hotchandani and Westime CEO John Simonian in           celebration of Westime’s fourth boutique in Southern California as well as Haute Living Los Angeles’s just-debuted July/August 2014 Malibu issue.”

Guests sipped on Dom Pérignon Blanc 2004 during a sunset cocktail hour, and raised their glasses of 2003 Moet & Chandon Dom Pérignon Rosé as both Hotchandani and Guadalupe toasted Simonian and Westime.

Nikita Malibu’s executive chef, Salvatore Sodano, prepared the menu that showcased Nikita favorites such as the popular poached salmon and filet mignon, while Nikita’s wine director, Renée-Nicole Kubin, selected exclusive wines including Puligny- Montrachet, Vincent Giardin, Les Vieilles Vignes, Burgundy, France 2010 and Margaux, Château Desmirail, Bordeux, France 2009.
